It's a matter of choice. I don't think they are as weak as sg women emotionally and mentally. Try leaving your home, fly to another country alone and smile to any strangers that cross your paths.

As for why Singapore man not prefer sg woman. First of all, sg girls are too smart for their own good. China women are smarter but they act more blur. "ie act like a pig to eat the tiger".
China girls also work harder, sg girls demand their guys to work harder.

actually it is not so much that singapore gals are much stronger than singapore men. u just need to understand men, that's all. men are as complex as women. men want women to share their life with. singapore girls just happen to be more independent than china gals. generally, men's desire can be 'activated' almost immediately, whilst women's desire needs a bit more coaxing. with the china gal (generally) they are here to make a living (call it a fast buck, if u like). so they tend to entertain men's desire as and when the men want it. this will be a perennial problem. the china gal is waiting for a 'catch' that will take care of them. guess, it is becos their life is not as comfortable as singaporeans. so, now that there's an opportunity to catch a chinese man in singapore, she will go for it. blame it on our standard of living, if u want. let's reverse the situation and singapore's standard of livng is like that of china and vice versa. singapore gals are then likely to try to 'catch' a china man to take care of their life. u want to blame it on men? i guess u if u want to...traditionally men has been the one to bring home the bread...so i guess that's why the china gals are going after the men...if the gals are bringing in the bread, i wouldnt be surprised that they can be a few men who wouldnt mind going after the gal...well...there's still the problem of the men's ego...he may not go after the rich gal, after all...so as not to be teased by his peers...usually the time n money spent on the china gal is only temporary...at t end of the day, the men wd still go back to t family (wife)...provided the china gal doesnt have a super strong grip on the man...
Many china women in sg are more daring in dressing up than local sg women, though the C.W. may speaks loudly in public plcaes, but they do know how to make the sg men happy. You can observe their conversation either in public or even while they talked to the mobile phones.
Sg women seem to keep complain all the time...that make sg men want to find C.W. as friends...even just a chit chat friends. Lots of sweet talks are involved...before an affair get started.
Whether sg women or men, we live in a very tiny lttle spot...things get breathless due to work, peer pressure.. so sg men (usually all those ah bei) shift toward sweet-tougue china women.

I agree with ideasmiths that sg women can be too smart for their own good. At the same time, why are the men smitten with those CW is because the CW has recognised a fact, that our SG men are good catch!
They are, because most of them have a sense of responsibility towards the family and they know what is commitment.
I have heard of too many examples of how sg men are "tempted" by CW without even knowing it. Those CW are too good in their skills that it has become so natural for them that the guys don't find them fake.
However, I also know some men who will not fall for their tactics, because they are educated enough and heard enough testimonies to know the fate these men landed are usually in a sorry state. So, they have a good sense of control.
Ultimately, it still boils down to the relationship you have with your husband. If the couple take the effort to apply those principles to build a lasting and loving relationship, then why would the men want to search for another alternative, when he has gained all he wanted in a relationship from his own marriage?
Temptations are everywhere. Whether or not one will succumb to depends on how strong our own foundation is to start with.
